During your stay

• Maximum occupancy is 6 adults and 1 infant (0-2 years). 
• A travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
• Please respect the peaceful surroundings and our neighbours, especially during the evening and night.
• Quiet hours are between 22:00 - 8:00.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking is not allowedpermitted inside the villa.
• Pets are welcome only with prior approval.
• Children must always be supervised, particularly around the swimming pool.
• The swimming pool is used entirely at your own risk.
• Please use water and electricity responsibly.
• Barbecues may only be used in the designated outdoor area.
• Please keep indoor furniture inside the villa.

Before you leave

Before departure, we kindly ask you to:

• Wash and put away used dishes.
• Dispose of household waste in the appropriate bins.
• Close all windows and doors.
• Switch off lights and other electrical appliances.
• Leave the villa in a reasonably tidy condition.

If something goes wrong

If something is damaged or not working properly, please let us know as soon as possible. We're here to help and will do our best to resolve any issue quickly.

Accessibility

Please note that the living room is located on the upper floor and is accessible only by stairs.
